Another Christmas from Hell

The last thing that Bryce James wanted was to fall in love with his brother’s best friend.

From New York Times bestselling author R.L. Mathewson comes the next installment in the disturbingly funny romantic comedy series, Neighbor from Hell.

It was time to move on.

Granted, Cayley would have preferred to wait until after Christmas, but with her best friend somehow managing to get her fired and evicted in the same day, she had no choice but to move into the apartment across from the incredibly handsome man who really didn’t seem happy to see her.

That was fine.

More than fine because if she could handle her best friend making her life a living hell and an ex-fiancé that was determined to get her back, then she could handle the man that was willing to do whatever it took to let the past destroy them both.

He couldn’t believe this was happening again.

For years, Bryce has been going out of his way to avoid Cayley, hoping that she would finally move on and get over him. She’d been in love with him since they were children and-

He should have told her.

But he couldn’t stomach breaking her heart, but now, it appeared as though he no longer had a choice.

At least that was the plan until the little brat turned the tables on him, making him wonder how much longer he was going to be able to lie to himself even as one thing became painfully clear…

This was going to be the worst Christmas ever.

Reviews for Another Christmas from Hell

This series never gets old to me. I always enjoys the craziness of the Bradford family. I love a good romance that includes lots of laughs and lots of spice!

Just finished binge reading the whole 13 books of Neighbor from Hell. What a fun read they are so entertaining and I loved how you got to know the family book to book and wonder who the next victim would be. When you read just one of the series you will understand. RL Mathewson is a great writer that has created such a fun and quirky family you will want to be a member of it! Can’t wait to read the next book and RL you better write one for everyone on that family tree! Can’t wait for Mikey & Sebastian story! Thanks for the several days of fun and no work getting done!

–Blissful When Reading

Another Christmas From Hell by R. L. Mathewson is another installment in the FABULOUS Neighbor From Hell series that I am wholeheartedly addicted to!
These two are ALL of the will they won’t they vibes, moments of miscommunication, meddling family and friends that just want the very best for them, as long as there’s a ton of entertainment value. And let me tell you, you will not be disappointed; there is so much entertainment!
I chuckled, I giggled, I sighed, I may or may not have shed a tear, and all in all was rooting for these two as they fought against their inner nature, against their past, and fought for their future.
So, if you’re looking for a read that’ll draw you in, that will keep you turning those pages, will have you binge it in one sitting, look no further!
P. S. You’ll fall in love with Christmas, all over again!

Another winner from R.L. and the just keep getting better and better. Those Bradfords are back but with their cousins the James family. Bryce and Cayley have known each other since they were toddlers but they weren’t friends. Bryce always thought Cayley was in love with him and stalked him all the time. Cayley was always in the wrong place and the wrong time thanks to her best friend and James brother Sean. Can the these two let go of their past and find a future together? You will get the same laughs and food obsessed family members of the past and some new characters. I always look forward to these books especially when I need a good laugh.

I love all of Mathewson’s novels. ALL OF THEM. She somehow manages to pull on all the heartstrings in a different way, in addition to making you laugh and shake your head at the antics of the James and Bradfords. This book upholds that tradition, with the added bonus of tearing your heart into little pieces. There’s no need to read them in order, but you’ll get a better understanding of the family dynamics if you do, and they’re all such fun reads so really it’s a win-win. I hope this stirs up your interest and you give this wonderful series a chance.

When I get a Neighbor From Hell book by R.L. Mathewson, I know exactly what I am looking for and what I am going to find…smart, witty writing with snappy dialogue and tons of humor…sweet sexy characters that come alive for me as I read their story…a little naughty…a lot nice…and TONS of heart…and that is exactly what I got with her newest book, Another Christmas from Hell.  Cayley and Bryce’s story will make you smile a lot, maybe cry a little, laugh out loud for sure…and maybe even blush a little.  A totally binge worthy book by one of my favorites in this genre.

I first have to say how much I LOVE the Neighbor from Hell Series. The antics of the James brothers are as good as the Bradfords! It is guaranteed to be an enjoyable read.
How Cayley puts up with Sean all those years, well she deserves a medal. I fell in love with Bryce when he was little with how he treated Cayley. They are a match made in heaven.
Now to wait for Sean’s story. It should be epic!!!

I absolutely loved this! I seriously couldn’t put this down! And the spice is just *chefs kiss* I’m definitely gonna go back and read the other books now too!

I love this series! It is laugh out loud funny! RL Mathewson just knows how to mixed the sweet and sexy with the funny and absurd in the best way!

Bryce and Cayley went from glaring “enemies” to lovers through this convoluted family-meddling fraught path. The James brothers are ruthless, with Sean being the king of duct tape and closet shoving. I still don’t know how Cayley and Sean ended up “best friends”, but the Bradford curse goes into effect with Bryce instead of Sean. Bryce has a bit of scarring from his mother leaving, but Cayley smooths out his rough edges. Bryce, apparently, will always be a glaring champion…
