Late Night Talk

“They’re evil,” Trevor muttered against her belly, which was immediately followed by pressing a kiss against her belly through the Bradford Construction tee-shirt that she’d helped herself to from his closet before he turned his head and released a heartfelt sigh.

“What did they do now?” Zoe asked, placing her book down next to her on the bed and-

“Exist,” Trevor mumbled, making her lips twitch.

Knowing that he wouldn’t appreciate it if she smile right now, Zoe cleared her throat and wrapped her arms around him and began running her fingers through his hair. “What else did they do?”

Tilting his head back so that he could glare at her, he demanded, “That’s not enough?”

“It usually takes more to piss you off,” Zoe reminded him, watching as his eyes narrowed dangerously on her before he slowly, ever so slowly, went back to using her as a pillow.

“I’m not pissed,” Trevor grumbled, following that up with another kiss.

“Then, what are you?” Zoe asked, staring up at the ceiling as she ran her fingers through his hair, losing herself in the soothing gesture while she went over everything that she had to do in the morning.

“Deeply concerned,” he muttered, making her frown.

Never Again is Almost Here

There could only be one reason why Quinn Jackson had taken her to a secondary location…revenge.

From New York Times and USA Today’s bestselling author R.L. Mathewson comes a new standalone romantic comedy with down-to-earth characters that will have you laughing out loud and leave you with no choice but to fall in love.

She should probably be concerned that the incredibly handsome man that she’d screwed over years ago had finally found her, and she was, but at the moment, Bailey had more important things to worry about, like how she was going to finish this project on time, figure out what her brother was hiding from her, and how she was going to get her hands on more caffeine.

That was going to be a problem with her brother hiring Quinn to watch her every move, but that was fine because she had a plan, one that, unfortunately for her, didn’t exactly go the way that she’d hoped.

And now…

She had no choice but to take matters into her own hands and figure out who’d betrayed her before it was too late.

A Bradford Easter

“Sweetheart, I-”
“No,” Charlie murmured around a sniffle as she pointedly looked away.
“I’ll make this up to you after the baby’s born,” Devin said, leaning over to kiss his wife’s cheek only to have her turn over as much as her large belly would allow so that she could bury her face against the pillow with an incoherent mumble.
Sighing heavily, Devin stood up and-
“You don’t love me,” came the sadly mumbled words that had Devin dropping his hand away so that he could narrow his eyes on the woman that was driving him crazy.
“Because I won’t let you out of bed so that you can see the Easter Bunny?” Devin asked, only to feel his lips twitch when Charlie nodded against the pillow.

The Betrayal

The R.L. Mathewson Chronicles

“You took an oath to heal!” came the panicked scream as Cayley sat there, sighing with satisfaction as she helped herself to a lovely spoonful of ice chips that was tasting better with every passing second.

“Wait…what are you going to do with that stethoscope?” Sean asked from behind the closed bathroom door as Bryce pulled a white paper bag that looked promising out of the overnight bag that he’d packed for her.

“What’s in the bag?” Cayley asked around another spoonful of ice chips as she watched Bryce place the white paper bag on her tray.

“Something for our baby boy,” he murmured with a warm smile as he leaned over and pressed his lips against her forehead. “How are you holding up, sweetheart?”

“Hungie,” Cayley mumbled sadly with a long-suffering sigh that had his lips twitching against her forehead.
