What Really Happened: Part V & Honeymoon from Hell News…Amazon

“Darrin, stop.”

The words sent a chill down his spine as he slowly opened his eyes and looked down at the beautiful woman beneath him. He felt his stomach drop as dread slammed into him.

He’d just seriously fucked up.

God, he couldn’t believe how badly he’d just fucked up. All these years of struggling to stay in control, forcing himself to act like it didn’t tear him apart when she saw other men, that he didn’t want to kill every last fucking one of them with his hands, but he’d somehow always believed the bullshit that they meant nothing and that one day she would realize what they had, but he’d just ruined everything because he couldn’t keep his fucking dick under control.

“Do not push back. Do not push back. Do not push back. Do not push back,” Marybeth told herself as her fingers dug into the couch cushion beneath her while she struggled to ignore the incredibly large, hard erection that brushed against her bottom anytime Darrin shifted.

Which was a lot.

God, he felt so good, too damn good.

What Really Happened: Part III

Danny’s Side of the Story…

The night that it all began all those years ago…

“I’m hungry,” Danny grumbled as he tossed the remote on the couch cushion next to him so that he could rub his hands down his face with the hopes that the small movement would somehow give him the energy to stay awake.

“Me, too,” Marybeth said next to him as she laid down on her side and laid her legs across his, using him to get more comfortable as she released a small yawn and curled up, “I’ll take Chinese food. Thanks.”

What Really Happened: Part II

“Okay, asshole, spill,” Jason snapped as soon the SUV pulled away, getting in his face with the other large bastard stepping up behind him.

Sighing heavily, not only because he had no fucking clue what they were talking about and not really caring, Darrin leaned back against the side of Trevor’s truck and asked, “What now?”

Trevor shouldered Jason out of the way and got in his face, trying to intimidate him, which was really just fucking sad. “Spill.”

Cocking a brow, he reached out and shoved the large bastard back and out of his space. “If you want to know something, just ask,” he said, really not in the mood for this today, not when he should be inside the Fire & Brimstone finding out what his brother had been hiding all these years.

What Really Happened: Part I An NFH Chronicle

“This is fucking bullshit,” Jason said with a murderous glare towards the large man standing in the doorway of the restaurant they were trying to get into, who just happened to be glaring right back at Jason with his large muscular arms crossed over his chest, silently daring Jason to try and get past him.

Marybeth sighed heavily as she leaned back against her husband, pleased when Darrin wrapped his arms around her waist and pulled her closer, rewarding her with a kiss on the top of her head as he no doubt joined in the glaring game. “He’s never going to let us inside,” she pointed out for probably the third time that day since her husband and his cousins had announced that they were going to try to get into the Fire & Brimstone Pub tonight.

“Oh, I’ll get in there, guaranteed,” Trevor said tightly, shooting Lucifer a glare that only made the larger Bradford’s lips twitch with amusement as he gestured lazily for them to leave.

Excerpt from Honeymoon from Hell III

Her stomach dropped at the thought of Connor never coming back. She kept telling herself that Connor could take whatever they dished out and more, but…

What if he couldn’t?

What if they’d finally managed to break him? God, she couldn’t stomach the idea of him coming back changed, which was the only way that she could describe how most of the men came back after the initiation. She wasn’t sure that she could handle seeing a strong man like Connor flinching anytime a noise startled him or find him curled up in the corner, sobbing and muttering to himself because the memories had become too much for him to handle.

Once upon a time she may have willed that kind of hell on him, but with time and really great sex, she’d been able to get over their shared animosity. Sure, it would probably entertain her to see him dive for cover whenever the doorbell went off, but now that they were married it just seemed wrong to take immense satisfaction out of seeing someone screwing with his head.

A look at the next Honeymoon from Hell….Trevor & Zoe

“H-he t-tossed the c-clothes to me and told me to get d-dressed,” she managed to get out with a sniffle that for some reason had every one of his relatives shifting their glares back on him.

“H-he didn’t even tell me where we were going,” she said, pausing to add another one of those sniffles that he was starting to blame the hormones for. “H-he wouldn’t even let me eat. He just told me to get dressed, dragged me down here and said that we were getting married.”

“That’s more than most women get in our family,” he pointed out with a mumble, expecting some support from the men in his family, but all he ended up getting were more glares, a few more shoulder shoves and a, “Better watch your back, bitch,” from his Great Uncle Theo.

The Cafeteria Wars…..Conclusion and Information

“Cole Bradford?”

“Yes?” he said, trying not to fidget in his chair while his cousins sat beside him, looking bored.

“Your parents are here,” Mrs. Benet said, still looking just as furious as she had an hour ago when she’d been forced to call every available teacher to clear the cafeteria while the police stepped in with the EMTs and tried to talk the cafeteria staff into leaving the walk-in freezer where they’d barricaded themselves once things had gone….south.

“Think mom will homeschool us this time or do you think they’ll hire us a tutor?” Sebastian asked, sounding unconcerned as Cole sat there, wondering how things had gone so bad, so fast.

“They might have Aunt Jodi tutor us,” Jonathan said, sounding hopeful, most likely because she loved to cook and it usually didn’t take much prompting or pouting to get her to whip them up something delicious to eat.

“She’s got the twins to take care of,” Sebastian pointed out with a shrug.

“We could help,” Jonathan said, pulling out what Cole already recognized as his grandfather’s iPhone.

“That’s true,” Sebastian agreed with an absent nod as he leaned over to look at whatever it was that his twin was looking at while Cole sat there, staring at his cousins in horror, wondering why they weren’t panicking.
